[ Real Wedding ] MARILIA+DAVID — Wedding Photographer in Tel Aviv & Jerusalem, Israel

Covering a multi-days Orthodox Jewish wedding in Israel was one of my most intense travel experience lately. Marilia and David (originaly from Brazil and the UK) have come a long way to make this event come true. For the Henna night Marilia was wearing a special dress, a family heritage from Spain exhibited in a museum.

On the wedding day itself, the weather turned a bit extreme and the wind actually helped us to capture surprising scenes with the veil. The ceremony was held in the Ohel Moed Synagogue (on Shadal), one of the oldest in Tel Aviv. The party was nothing but crazy dancing as usual in jewish weddings.

Another special moment was the session in the Old City of Jerusalem by the “Western Wall”‘. The spirituality of the place obviously makes it quite photogenic but it also fills people with emotions. Great for photography!!

Thanks so much Marilia and David for your kindness and hospitability. It was great fun hanging out with you guys for a few days.

Check out the wonderful Cinema Trailer by our friends from CineWed in Tel Aviv.
